Account Executive

We hope so, because we’re looking for an Account Manager who’s ready to “check-in” for a career in hospitality marketing. In this role, you’ll be our clients' go-to partner, someone who brings fresh, bold strategies to the table and knows how to make them happen. You’ll work side-by-side with our creative team, coordinating campaigns that resonate with travelers while staying on track with day-to-day tasks . Oh, and did we mention? You must love travel—you’ll be working with, and sometimes visiting, some of the best brands in the industry to create experiences that people won’t forget.
Responsibilities /
- Client Relationships: Be the trusted go-to for our hospitality clients, building genuine connections and making sure their needs are always top of mind. Know their goals, anticipate their next moves, and keep them excited about what we bring to the table.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with clients to dream up and execute killer marketing strategies that get noticed. From digital campaigns and social to content and SEO, you’ll make sure every strategy aligns with our capabilities and, most importantly, moves the needle for our clients.
- Project Management: Own every project end-to-end, collaborating with our teams (creative, social, media, dev) to keep projects on point and on schedule.
- Performance Tracking: Stay on top of campaign metrics and results. Give clients regular updates that are clear and actionable, keeping them in the loop and ready to pivot for peak results.
- Budget Oversight: Help clients maximize their budgets, balancing fresh ideas with financial goals to make sure every dollar works hard.
- Upselling: Spot opportunities for clients to benefit from our other services and guide them toward next-level growth.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on hospitality and digital marketing trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge and packed with fresh ideas.
about you /
You’re entrepreneurial and always on the lookout for the next big idea, ready to bring clients more than they expected. Curious, fearless, and upbeat, you shine under pressure and know how to build lasting relationships, inside the agency and out.
Qualifications /
- 3-5 years as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, ideally at a digital or marketing agency. Hospitality experience is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, paid media, social media, and content—especially when it comes to travel and hospitality.
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients at once, with deadlines in your sights at all times.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining complex ideas in simple terms and building trust with clients.
- Able to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t just wait around—if you see something that needs fixing, you dive right in.
